Hello, Nancy here starting this week's Favorites Thread. So many lovely creations in the gallery lately, and I love this thread because I can see a bunch more that I missed.
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, February 11 through Saturday, February 17. Everyone is welcome to join in -- check my next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our dedicated team members will be making the notifications: Janine (Jay_Bee), Carla (Covington Crafter), Carlene (Chatterbox-1), Susie (susie australia), Shirley (wannabcre8tive), Angie (ohmypaper!), and me - Nancy (nwilliams6). Congrats are in order to Shirley - she is the one of the new Dirty Girls!
What did you add to your Favorites last week? Post your links and make someone's day.

You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker’sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!!Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week. Need help posting your favorites list or thank you? Click the below links for posting tips.

Thanks for getting us started Nancy and for listing my card in your favorites! What a lovely way to start the weekend.
There have been intermittent problems with auto formatting and cards linking the last few weeks. So please, please double check your post and make sure we can see the SCS name for each card.
This thread couldn't thrive without all the caring Splitcoasties who take the time to recognize fellow crafters and share their favorites. You are what keep this thread going and help keep SCS the best caring, supportive crafting community around.
Thanks for this. I've had a lot of time on my hands again and been able to browse the gallery. There's so many beautiful creations in there and it was so difficult to choose. Here's my favourites for this week:
Thank you to all the ladies who give their time to send happy mail to everyone and welcome to Shirley.
Happy day everyone.

First of all Thank you Shirley for the notifications today, and thank you Jayne for mentioning my Asian card, I was really glad to see how it turned out, so I'm glad you like it too.
We appreciate you Nancy (nwilliams6) for getting our weekly fun FAVs started! Appreciation always to the team for helping each other out when needed!
My appreciation to Carla (Covington Crafter) for sending me my happy mail this week. For those wonderful ladies who added my daughter's card: A Valentine in the Pink of Things!to their Favorites list, it is much appreciated and brought a warm and wonderful smile to my face:
I spent some time in the gallery, but I know I missed oodles of wonderful cards, and I can only hope someone else had a chance to see them and add them to their favorites list! One thing about being a notifier for the FAVs, you get to see some of those lovely creations that you, indeed, did miss! My list follows:
Oh Janine, I'm sorry that Tess is taking so long to get better!
Popping by quickly with mine. It was a busy and trying week here so I was mostly only in the galleries for any challenges I participated in, but after I'd prepped my list yesterday I popped in one from the end of my gallery mod shift...
Thanks to the following for favoring my cards and listing them here:
Jeannie (Lv2grdn)
Carla (Covington Crafter) Thank you for the happy mail
Susie (susie australia) X2 Thank you
Anita (snietje)
Carlene (chatterbox-1) X3 Thank you
Janine (Jay_Bee) X2 Thank you. Hugs for Tess.

Oooh, Sabrina! Thank you so very much for nominating my card. I can't say just how much I appreciate it! I missed teapotting so much and just found out about Cindy's (Mothermark) Husband in trying to catch up ... I would love to send her a "Tickle-a-Teapotter" card. She was such an inspiration to me when I joined SCS, mainly because fo the wonderful Teapot challenges. It made cardmaking meaningful to others... not just sanity savers for myself. Thank you so much! Have a wonderful start to the week!
