Challenge Title: Chillin� in the New Year Hostess: MISTI Monday Keyword: MSP5 Date: January 2, 2018
Oh SNAP is it COLD! It seems like there is just a frozen blanket covering the United States! I don�t know about you, but I�m ready for it to warm up to at least above freezing and negative temperatures.
Even though I�m not really enjoying this cold weather, I thought it would be fun to at least try to embrace it! This month�s challenge is to make a card or paper project using a winter theme incorporating a New Year�s sentiment. If you don�t have a sentiment that says Happy New Year, you can always use �Celebrate� or numbers �2018�.
I�ve made a very clean and simple card, all one layer except for the popped-up sentiment. I used my MISTI to line up the wine bottle/label (this is a two-step stamp) and it helped with placement and the ability to stamp my images twice for vibrant colors.
I hope you are all staying warm and enjoyed your New Year celebrations. I can�t wait to see your creations!
