Hello Stamping Friends!

Today the Technique Challenge is all about choice - and a list to follow!
So some choice, but also use everything from the list!
Here is the list:


Choose 1 main color of ink along with one neutral (my sample is Passion Pink with Black)


Choose 1 background technique (I chose Wrinkle Free Distress)


Choose 1 texture (I chose glittery stars)


Choose 1 word for your sentiment (I chose Wish)


Choose 1 embellishment (ribbon for me)


Choose either a tag or an ATC (Artist Trading Card size) - or a small gift card (3x3 or smaller)

For those of you who don't do ATCs, here's a great hint: They make a wonderful focal image on an A2 card. Just put some dimensionals on it and maybe add some ribbon to your card base and you're done. You have a full sized card. I guess you could do the same with a tag if you don't use tags.

I found this very stretching! I think all those "ones" intimidated me, because I'm not a CAS person and the challenge seemed to lend itself to that. But I had fun last night! I was able to rescue a background from Lydia's Stone Cold with a Twist - cutting a tag from the panel let me excise the two smudged snowflakes.

Main colour - blue, neutral, brown
Background technique - Polished Stone
Texture - glass bead gel medium ( I added microbeads into it)
Word - Hello die-cut
Embellishment - I never know how to define this. I used Liquid Pearls, but more than one pearl dot. They add texture too, but I'm calling them my embellishment ;-).
Tag/ATC/3 x3 - I went for a tag. I'm out of practice with the small scale of ATCs.
