I hope you enjoy my collection of favorites for 2017. I had a really hard time selecting what to share this year, and I want to include as many of you as I can. So I hope you love this list!
This Annual thread is open to everyone and is a great way to recognize what you consider the "best of the best" from SCS's many talented CAS artists.
There are really only two "rules" here on the thread:
The Gallery posts you link to should be in the CAS style...

It's all about the design.
* Uncluttered
* lots of white or open space
* one main focal point

...and they should be from the past YEAR.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU favorite-ed this YEAR.
If this is your first time being mentioned in this thread or you have a new blog we have blog badges found here in this post.
Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps:
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab. Type the cardmaker's SCS name, add a couple of spaces and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line.
5. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
6. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.
Thanks to Debbie, Susan, and Nancy for doing notifications. Today is Karen's birthday and we always give her this week off! This year she will be joining in on notifications later in the week.

Thanks, Diane, for including my Oxide Sympathy card on your list. A wonderful and happy surprise! (And sooooooooooooooooo much better than the surprise my car had for me at 6:30 this morning - for some reason it seemed to think just because it was below zero and a -30 something windchill it shouldn't have to start. Ugh!)
Diane, thanks so much for choosing my poppies card as a CAS favorite, I am honored and grateful. Thanks Debbie for letting me know. You all are so sweet and I appreciate your work on keeping up with all of this during the year. Best wishes for a beautiful 2018!!
