I have a notebook that has a diet/ exercise section. One place for calories, water drank, exercise. I had bought these last year at Michaels in the planner section, and never used them! So there is a little bit of contradiction with things I want to do versus too much time online!

I think the "less time online" is more about being intentional and mindful of how you spend your time online - with less random, non-intentional browsing to kill time.
