Here is the thread for the Christmas Card Challenge for May 2018!

For May, it's Victoria, aka Hawaiian who would like us to make our own plaid backgrounds for our cards this month!!

See the tutorial here for how to instructions!!

Please leave us a link to your card and make sure to use CCC18MAY in the title and in the Keywords!

Reminder, this is just a suggestion to help get you motivated and start on your 2018 Christmas Cards!

There is no 'deadline' to completing your Christmas cards for May!

It's never too late to join....

You can join anytime during the year. If you need to skip a month or two, that is perfectly fine.

I tried, but I can't do plaid to save my life, so I will figure something out. I don't even have plaid paper to cheat! LOL

How about just strips of paper, with lines in between??

I found a stamp set I had that worked. I've only made one, but plan to make more tomorrow!

Love this challenge idea! First try using distress resist spray. Fun effects. Did two cards using same technique with different colors and stencils.
