Challenge Title: All Treats, No Tricks Hostess: Kathy (scs Kathleen Curry)
Keyword: FF17KathleenCurry
Date: Thursday October 19th
Halloween is a favorite holiday of mine! I always wanted the treats and hoped no one would play a trick on me! For my challenge I want to see lots of holiday treats. What's your most loved holiday treat? I love candy corn for Halloween, pies for Thanksgiving, and for Christmas cocoa, eggnog, and cookies. So many great holiday foods, sweet and savory! Show us your favorite!

Kathleen- thanks for the wonderful challenge! I just had to go with pumpkin pie, so I used this cute layout from my stamping buddies with the pocket watch, leaves, and washi tapes- adding my own squirrel, mini pumpkins, pies and holiday sentiment. Here's pumpkin pie

Such fun cards so far! At least all these paper treats are calorie free. Off to comment in the gallery. Thanks to all of you have played along already!
Candy canes just seem like the traditional purchase around Christmas to put in stockings, etc. and I have so many cute stamps that feature them in the image. So, here is one my favorite images of those:

Thanks so much for the awesome challenge. I take more time coming up with an idea than I do actually making the card. So satisfied with a big sigh of relief when I am done! Thanks again for the fun challenge!
We've made Christmas cookies for as long as I can remember. My mom always made thumbprint cookies with red or green frosting and chocolate star cookies were a favorite, too. My fav is one I think I may have heard of right here on SCS, Almond Roca Cookies. I only make them at Christmas because what ever I don't give away, I eat myself! Can't leave them alone!
I have to go back and check the gallery, because I truly believe I saw a card titled "smash them up and put them in cookies" . I need to see what that was referring to, and it could well be the same subject as my card, candy canes. Personally, I think that title is the best fate candy canes could have.
