Can anyone share what is going on with FSJ? I was thinking of joining but now not so sure. Any changes, info we possible new recruits need to be aware of? TIA.
I did too, until I saw info about him on Facebook stating he was no longer with FSJ. I was shocked. I hope he makes his own company.

I think he started his own company in his garage. He then sold his company but worked there as the president (FSJ). I believe FSJ and Spellbinders has the same CEO. Richard has a long video talking about his termination and future plans under RG Signature...all of his other websites have been shut down. He signed a no compete clause for three years so it will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.

Can you post the link or pm the link?
I keep checking his web page but nothing comes up.
Does anyone know anything about the folks in charge now? What is their vision for the company?

Im not very tech savvy...when I try to copy the link, it works but its connected to my personal Facebook page and I probably dont want to make that public, ha. If you are on FB just search RG Signature or Richard Garay and it should pop up.

I did a search for RG Signatures and his FB came up but no video. There were other social media links also, instragram, twitter, etc but I don't use those so did not even click on those.

I went back after you couldnt find it and now the only place I see it is if I click on videos on the left hand side (Im on the FB app on my iPad) and its the first one shown and its called RG shares and its 53 minutes long.
So with a 3 year non compete clause which is he going to fight..good luck on that because I am pretty sure it is iron clad in the law. So what do you think is going to happen with him?

It appears he was fired "for cause" as stated in letter. In this case I agree it will be pretty hard to fight. Reading what they shared what Kim Kesti will do,gives a hint of part of the possible problems. I am sure the lawyers were pretty through when they presented Spellbinders with their options.I hope it goes well for all their coaches and support staff.
So wrong and the people backed him up gets me sick. If he is willing to steal from the company what else has happened that made FSJ make him post this as he lied on his video about it.
That's really sad on so many levels. He has a lot of growing to do... even in his apology he is asking people to continue and not let HIS dream die. But at least he came clean when asked to do so.
I'm amazed at how many comments said "forgiven" or "everyone makes mistakes"- it was theft of a large amount.
When someone (genuinely) repents and asks forgiveness that is the response. Plus, it's true we ALL make mistakes, yes, some dumber than others. That's life. What good would it do to say no? Especially of a family member. We hurt only ourselves holding grudges. I imagine a LOT of us have been in the same boat of having to apologize and ask someone else for forgiveness, so we learn to extend grace to others when they mess up because they WILL mess up.
I think this will put FSJ on a better path. I understand why individuals are so upset, but they bet on the wrong horse. I thought briefly about signing up for FSJ, but it seemed pretty obvious to me that Richard Garay did not have the company in capable hands. All discussion aside from his actions and the morality of them... He did not carry himself in a way that incited my confidence in him. Feel bad for my best friend who was so excited to be a part of the new FSJ.

Forgiveness aside, since people of different faiths view that differently, a mistake is different than a crime. A mistake is not intentional.
I read about/hear so many people in the news saying they made a mistake after doing some horrific crime. Sometimes I wonder if that minimizes it, shakes off a bit of responsibility.
I'm not saying people can't change, be rehabilitated, be truly sorry. Just that theft is not a mistake. It's an on purpose.

Apologizing and asking for forgiveness does not negate the punishment due, should there be one. If you do the crime, you do the time. Accountability for actions, taking responsibility for actions, is important in the process, the asking for forgiveness to some is part of the process as well.

Yes, sure. I was just thinking about the prevalence of calling crimes mistakes, even more serious ones.
Trying to garner sympathy on the FB post for a serious crime compounded the impact on the company by initially alienating customers. The more complete explanation letter that followed smelled like the result of sound legal advice and pressure from the victimized company. Regret maybe, repentance maybe not yet.
