Title: CAS448 - Apples to Apples
Hostess: Tricia (T. Joy)
Keyword: CAS448
Week of September 24th
Happy Fall! My husband and I spent the day taking a little road trip to a new to us apple orchard about an hour away. We didn't get any apples - $50 a bushel was a little steep for our pocketbook  - but we did each get a caramel apple with homemade caramel. Oooo - was that good!! So let's do a little apple flavored challenge this week. I would love to see all things apple on your card - apples, apple pie, caramel apples, apple donuts, apple cider... If all else fails use the apple inspired colors of McIntosh red and Granny Smith green on your card. I can't wait to see your creativity!!
1. There is no deadline to play along with the CAS challenges.
2. Take all the time you need to finish and upload your card.
3. Upload your card to your gallery and link back to this thread so we all can see your project.
4. Please remember to put in the correct keyword CAS448 when uploading your image, a copy/paste of the keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
5. Please feel free to combine the CAS challenges with any other challenge.
The challenges are to provide inspiration and to get us stamping, so have fun and follow yourheART. We can't wait to see what you create!

I have made hundreds of cards and so many people say it has brought joy to their lives which, in turn, brings joy to my life. Almost everyone I give them to says that they always save me, which I consider a huge compliment.
thank you for the challenge. I needed to make a card for a Bozeman based friend who had a family loss, and felt this would remind her of the happy times both our family experienced while living there. Kept my embellishment simple with a turqoise die cut vertical border. Here's Bozeman thoughts

had fun using red and green as my accent colors for my pumpkin and coffee themed card, using a little penguin as my main image, propped up with dimensionals on a large pumpkin. I do love all things pumpkin, including coffee drinks! Here's pumpkin latte

Fun challenge, Tricia, thanks fir thinking of it! It turned out to be more challenging than I was expecting (stamper errors all the way!), but great fun despite that.
This is a fun challenge. I have many apple stamps, so it became a challenge to decide which apples to use.
