I was just talking to them today because I have an order that is very late BO'ed which isnt like them at all and learned...
1) They had a technical glitch for Memory Box/Poppystamps, Tutti designs and Lawn Fawn-orders were not firing properly and they didnt know it. They have fixed that and are now getting BO'ed product in so will ship shortly.
2) Craftzak-their platform provider suddenly closed out of the blue :shock: so they have been scrambling to get that fixed-which now has been.
So if anyone is like me and having order issues...they should be cleared up now and moving along.
Also they seem to have created a hybrid-called Oozak Direct that will access you to Craftzak stuff but in a different format. There is a button for that in Oozak.
I've always had great service from them, so I'm glad to see that they're actively working on glitches that come up, whether it's an Oozak issue or an issue belonging to vendor companies.
OOZAK STILL HAVING ISSUES. I returned a product and have received no response. I have emailed many times and called to find there is a recorded message but no voicemail. Rusty at Oozak was may favorite "go to" guy for years. Don't know what's happened but sadly, Oozak is off my list now.
I just received an order of Copic refills, but it took 2 emails and almost 2 weeks to get here. Right after my second email, my order shipped and was at my door the next day. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from there again. I usually order from Carpe Diem, since I get free shipping at $35, but they are often out of stock on a lot of Copic colors.

I agree. After a horrible experience with a Lawn Fawn pre-order that never shipped, I finally got a refund through Paypal. I had to take my issue to the resolution center, and Oozak never replied to my questions. Refund just appeared in my account. So sad because they used to have exceptional customer service.
My experience with OOZAK is that he never answers the emails anymore. He used to be on top of it but the last time I had an issue (a stamp that never shipped), I would email and email with no response. I tried calling a few times but never got through. Then on a whim I tried calling again and actually got him on the phone. He made it right for me by giving me a credit for more than what the stamp cost me. My next order from him was just fine, but I noticed that there were many items that I wanted to back order and they were no longer available to do that.
