I've had some success with bending in the opposite direction. But it depends on the type of bending. Is it a fold as tight as your card would be folded? Or is it only curled?
If it is folded, and if you try to fold it in the opposite direction, then you need to be sure to fold backwards on exactly the same line. Go slow and be accurate.
Once you get it mostly flat by bending in the opposite direction, you could try putting it between two sheets of paper, warming with a hair dryer, and putting books on top to flatten.
