I am looking for 90s Grunge Girl/Woman type of stamps. You know, Doc Martin's, torn fishnets, slouchy tops, etc. Tank Girl is too much, too far out.
Does anyone know a company who has those types of stamps? I feel like I have searched the entire web and I am coming up empty.
Would Lost in Thought by Indigo Blu suit your purpose? I think Simon Says Stamp stocks IB your side of the Pond (assuming you're in the Sates) and there may well be others.
You can see her on the Indigo Blu site here: Lost in Thought.

She's close. I'm looking for a girl standing up with her arms crossed with attitude, you know? Kinda with a F*U look on her face and stance.
That's why I mentioned Tank Girl, which is taking it too far . Nothing that dramatic. Tank Girl Lite, maybe ;)
Dang, I wish I could draw and I wish I knew how to make stamps. I'd be my own best customer.

I'm thinking of a girl who is standing up, arms crossed with attitude out the yin yang.
I just have to say you are amazing Joanne!
Thank you kindly Lydia, I'll take that as endorsement that a head full of "useless" information is not necessarily a bad thing

Thanks for helping out!
I suspect most of us feel that way from time to time! Good luck tracking down something suitable, I'll chime in again if anything else swims to the surface of my junk-filled brain!
You might want to check out Dyan Reaveley's stamp sets "Strength" or "Surrender." They're not exactly what you're looking for for there's attitude. Pretty far down the page:
Have you looked at Bombshell stamps? She definitely has an attitude, but I don't know whether it's the attitude you are looking for. They have a website.
There is a company called Visible Image which now have stockists in the USA. They have a torn fishnet stamp, and some other grungy style stamps that may suit you.
