Thanks for stepping in, Dawn! I'm able to play along today, and I've been stalking the challenge all morning. I've been playing with my new Heartfelt Creations stamps/dies. I made this card the other day -- and it fits your challenge. I'll try to make another (new one) in a bit.

Well I've had this in mind for 20 years...I guess I've finally freed up some brain space, lol. Mary your color combo brought this Christmas scene to life. Thanks for the color challenge. I love the way it turned out, it reminds me of playing with paper dolls when I was a child.
This card was in the making...that is the image was colored by July, but unfortunately it didn't get finished until day before yesterday, but I thought I'd submit it anyway...hope that's okay! Here it is: First Christmas for a Little Husky Named Zhanna!
