Wow! Lela, these are some great sketches. My favorite amount of photos are probably 4 or 5 on a one page LO, maybe 7 or 8 on a two page LO. We will see what I can do with these sketches. Thank you Lela!
Wow Lela....thanks for this. I was looking for some inspiration and will see if my photos can work with some of these. The hardest I always have too is with 1 photo as I take way too many...Lol. Thanks again. Happy day

I had to improvise and I think I've got as close to the sketch as possible...hope we are allowed to change some things. ;)
It only took me 3 attempts to photograph it....first attempt was I had forgotten to cover the faces of the girls; 2nd attempt when I came to post I saw I had accidentally dropped some circles onto the LO...don't ask me how I didn't see them when taking the picture :?, and by the 3rd attempt I decided it was the best I was going to get. ;)
This LO has stumped me a little this week, but it's done and now I can go and scrap another one using 2 photos...Lela, you were right. Using 4 photos can sometimes be tricky....so I used 3 and have used realised whilst writing this post and reading the challenge sheet that this may not meet the challenge....oh doh, doh, doh!! I've simply gone on the sketch. Oops. I'll try and meet this challenge another way ladies and will simply add this LO to my goals.
Gosh some weeks really do try you don't they? TFL. Happy weekend.

Here's my LO I completed yesterday. I realised its still Saturday in the US so quickly posted it
I had so much fun creating this and I think I've kept close to the sketch and challenge....my LO is for challenge #2.
I did have to relocate the journaling as my photos were larger than those shown in the sketch and to give it more balance.

My double layout using the 2 page sketch for Challenge #5.
These are photos from 1999, before digital prints. These came from sending a roll of film in and having them printed, not know how well the shots turned out. This was when my DD was in A school in the Navy. The little girl is my grand daughter who is the mother of my precious Tiny Tot and her baby brother!
Here's another LO I made for Challenge #2, slightly amended but I think you can tell it's the sketch for 2 photos
I'm hoping to do a couple more before the end of the month but we have some family celebrations happening and life is busy. Hopefully I can find enough photos to scrap some of the other challenges.

Here's another LO I've completed today. I think it still resembles part of the sketch #2 but I got a little carried away and had to make the LO work. The photos aren't that great printed at home and after I'd finished the LO, I rubbed the black off one of the photos...ooops, so now will have to have them printed properly.
Tomorrow I'm having a craft morning here and hope to start another LO...and not on 2 photos...LOL.

Another LO for the VSBN challenges...this one is for #5. I didn't have the right size photos but they are close.
The photos were taken 12 years ago celebrating our youngest boy's 15th birthday. I'm in the photo with our 3 boys, so you finally get to see me...lol. I'm not keen to put photos up on social sites.
I had fun making this LO as I used just papers and stamps and dies.

Another LO I've just finished as part of VSBN challenge #4
I hadn't expected to complete many LO's this week as we've been busy with my birthday and also our DIL's 30th. Our GS also had a minor op today and I was babysitting our GD. All went well and she was picked up early, so what else to do when you are home alone.....scrap , plus it's pouring here and the wind is howling ;)
Just when I think I'm coming to the end of our youngest son's albums....they are like War & Peace LOL.....I find more photos. These aren't great but the only ones we have of him opening his birthday pressies when he turned 20.
I've also started a double page LO but will finish that on Monday at a craft day I go to and hopefully will post before the deadline.
