Just so you all know if you are looking just for Primas we sell them very fast but we get new shipments in weekly. So if it is not in stock it will most likely be in a week or so.
And if we don't carry it I will get it.

Thanks for the Kudos on our shipping and CS. We pride ourselves on responding to everyone as quickly as possible and I will always work with customers to make sure they are happy with us and the products they order.
Most orders will ship the same day if received before 4 p.m. PST after 4 they will go out the next morning.
I would like to get some feedback on what products you all like or would like to see more of. I am always looking for new products to help make the store more complete.

I did notice that you don't carry any stamps, is that right? Some that are popular right now are Hero Arts, Penny Black, A Muse, and Inky Antics. Don't know if it is possible to add something like this or not. In general, I think you have a good selection - especially two things I have had trouble finding - Prima flowers (they even have them by the dozen), and single sheets of 12x12 (esp. Basic Grey - most only offer them in the $17.99 assortment). Oh, one other suggestion - how about ribbon by the yard?

Teresa I will look into the stamps. And we are adding ribbon by the Foot well actually by the 13" inches so you have enough to go around the back of a 12 x 12 page. You can order it in any length from 13 inches to 5 yards. This is our own Grosraine ribbon and will be available in over 90 different colors. No frills or cute packaging here just ribbon ;)

Will you guys be getting in the new coluzzle templates? I REALLY want the big alpha and some of the gift box templates - so far all I found on your site was the basic templates.

I love that EBB C. carries all of the Distress Ink colours! I've got four on the way now -- no Michaels for me for a few months! I was looking for crystal brads (Making Memories carries some) and could not find them. I also couldn't find the 13" lengths of ribbon; is this because I use Firefox as my browser? The rest of the site works just fine with Firefox, btw!
