Shiny Gold Cardstock

Hello - I hope someone can help me. I have looking for shiny gold Cardstock. Shiny like a mirror and not to thin. When I look at the stores online it is really hard to tell which is shiny.

It's called mirror board. I get mine at Hobby Lobby or Amazon. Card stock weight and it comes in silver, red, and green.

My small problem with mirror card is some is more shiney than others.

I just got in some from SU 12 x 12...not cheap but it is shiney.


I have a bunch from The Paper Cut I got at my LSS-it is very reflective-I can see myself in it very well-it feels like 80-90 lb to me. Come in a lot of colors. At the moment I have silver gold red and blue.

I just got some Gold and Silver Mirror Cardstock from Crafter's Companion. It die cuts really great!

Joann carries packs of silver and packs of gold, and half 'n' half. Often 40-50% off. Mirror Cardstock.

Altenew carries shiny and regular gold cardstock but they are out of the shiny right now. It is hard to tell from the picture but they do use the word mirror in the description. They usually restock fairly fast. FYI just in case you are out of luck from other sources.

I know you asked about gold specifically but I thought I'd share where I sometimes get silver cardstock from.

If you are a cheapskate...um I mean recycler like me the tissues that have lotion in them come in silver mirror lined boxes.

I use the gold metallic poster board from Hobby Lobby, only $1.19 for a 22" X 30" piece. They often have a sale, plus there are 2 finishes, shiny and matte gold. It's a great weight and cuts beautifully.

I can see my face in it!! The last time I bought it I paid $14.95 for 12 sheets, 8 1/2 by 11. They are in Dayton, Ohio.

Got both gold and silver today at Joann's. Sold by the sheet for 3.99 for 12x24 sheet--- but it was 60% off. So it came down to 1.59/sheet.
