I can't attach any pictures to the thread because my hard drive died with all my pictures :( I know I have some in my gallery and on my blog. Most of them can be found on my side bar with the heading washi tape. Also, try searching the gallery here! I love the stuff!
I love washi tape. I can't get it to look great on cards.
Any suggestions?
I know this is an older thread, but I am just now poking around here! This answer may be included in some of the links - did not have time to check them out.
At any rate, I nearly always back my Washi tape with cs - usually white. I might use a color if it works with the tape I am using. Sometimes I use 2 or 3 widths for a wider strip. I may leave a narrow border, or no border. On Friday, March 31, I will be adding a card to my blog (see below) that uses a triple width of the tape.
quick question: how do you get the washi tape to stay put?

I have covered a piece of cardstock with strips of washi tape then die cut shapes from them (labels, circles, etc.) to put on cards. I LOVE the ideas in this thread and the amazingly cute projects you all are posting!
