Happy Thursday, everyone! It's time to "Shape Up." I'm not talking about losing weight or starting a new exercise program, but rather making a shaped card. Any shape is admissible except for the typical squares or rectangles.
Check out this link on Pinterest for some fabulous inspiration.
Use a shape other than a square or rectangle and let's Shape Up!
After you upload your card with the keyword WT623, come back and share a link here - that makes it easy for people to find your card.
Check the thumbnails below for more wonderful shaped inspiration from the design team. Have fun! Can't wait to see all the shapes in the gallery today!
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Thank you for the super fun challenge Cathy. I think this is totally a card from me that the recipient will know was from me without even opening the card.
Cathy- great challenge- and I am actually on a weight watching program! I went with a heart shaped card, using a scalloped heart die, and added some inner scallops to my cream panel with a scalloped border punch. Included "coffee rings" and a dry embossed coffee sleeve image under my stamped sentiment. Finished with a tiny dc polka dot heart. Background is my pink and red Valentine's lap quilt, almost done! Here's I Love This

Inspired by Cook22's (Sabrina's) wonderful card Thankful Flowers- I used a Sizzix Christmas Tree die for my apple tree, with some direct to paper inking on the front of the card, along with a red ribbon bow - here's the front view. For the back, I attached some white dp, along with some stamped hearts and a little note- here's the back view. The background for my photos is a quilt in process with pinks and reds, to be done before February is out!

Hi Cathy, thanks for the challenge, we were gone most of the day yesterday so it had to wait till today. I found a pattern on the net of a four-leaf clover so that is my shape today. I'm afraid it isn't quite what I thought but well, I tried!
