Challenge Title: I Spooked Too Soon Hostess: Dizzymommie (Janelle S) Keyword: MIX196
Hello Mix-ability fans, I'm so happy to join you in a new week of mixed media! If you are just joining us, welcome! We want you to have fun learning mixed media so our challenges are meant to be easy and approachable. If you're asking yourself what is mixed media and the Mix-Ability Challenge stop by this thread to get you started, then come back to any challenge and have some fun! Halloween is just days away and so are those many elements of surprise that come with it, so my challenge for us this week is to make an element of your project pop off the page, show up in an unexpected spot, or only found the second time around like unexplained appearances. Really just an element of surprise and it doesn't have to be Halloween.
Use foam adhesive to POP something off the page.
Make something peek into your project.
Remember, for it to be considered mixed media use at least two mediums in your project and when uploading add the keyword "MIX196" so it will appear in the challenge gallery, as always have fun!!!!
Coolio! I have a fun idea if I can get it to work,, but I'm expecting my nephew about half an hour after I get home from work, so I won't get up to my attic till tomorrow afternoon.

LOVE THIS CARD! Those floating monsters are darling and perfect peeking creeper. Can I say darling for a monster graveyard scene? lol Love that background too. I still have yet to try that technique.

Oh my, what a fun card! I can think of quite a few friends that would love a card like this. Having the cats peeking out between the fence boards is brilliant!

Ok, this one is not Halloween but I did originally use the die as a stamp, spritzed the paper to allow the ink to spread, was not thrilled with the result so I offset layered the die cut over the "stamping" so technically the snowflake is hiding under the die- lol!
