Good evening to all my SCS family and friends!! What a beautiful fall day we have had here in the Sequatchie Valley. This is really the first day that it has really felt like fall, as we have been in the upper 80's and 90's for quite a while now.
It has been a hectic few weeks here at my house, and especially this week.... I have had a water leak, and it was very difficult to find, however, it is finally resolved and I am so thankful to have water. Due to this situation, I had limited time in the galleries this week, but I found some beauties.
I hope that all of you will play and post your favorites to show me all that I have missed. Those that will be delivering the happy news this week are: Priscilla (catluvr2), Susie (susie australia), Stacy (JBGreendawn), Brenda (tessaduck) and me - vdm.
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. Everyone is invited to post links to any special cards or projects that were uploaded during the week, October 16, 2016, through October 23, 2016.

Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps.
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. (It says Splitcoaststampers: Stamping, Stamps, Card Making Ideas, Paper Crafts & Template Gallery ... and so on.) Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
5. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button
Join the fun and share your favorites.

Thank you for starting us off Vicki, glad you got your waterworks fixed! The dates on my cards might seem a bit out of whack, but there are sample cards for Falliday and also Dirty Dozen October theme . Big congratulations to Marg (margscardcrazy) & Jean (naturecoastcrafter).
I know I missed tons of cards and I forgot to click the little heart button heaps of times. I love this thread and I'm looking forward to seeing what I missed.

Thanks to Susie for choosing my card for this month's Dirty Girl challenge - my 6 month's is up but I had to make one card to add to their wonderful gallery. Thanks to Stacy for letting me know.
I had a big sweep through the gallery on Friday evening so here is what I found - sorry for all the beauties I missed.
Thank you Vicki and Stacy for including my Feathered friend card and Polly for including Hurry Up Mum card. I am happy dancing my way to bed thanks to you wonderful ladies.

Here are a few of mine, the gallery was so full of beautiful cards and others, I loved to take part at the Falliday Fest challenges, I couldn't play at all because I was limited by the required material I tried to comment as often as possible but it wasn't easy this week

I'm sad today because yesterday was the last challenges I had to move each morning for Falliday Fest but then I woke up to two mentions! Thanks Janine & Stacy!
There sure are some spectacular challenge entries in the galleries, and more to come with catch-up week ahead of us.

As I was looking at all the Fallidays Fest galleries, there were quite a few that caught my eye but I neglected to favorite them. Here are a few, I may be back.
A super quick list from me. It's been a long week and a long weekend of constant on the go so I am going to try and squeeze this list into the tiny bit of time I have at home.
Oh yikes! Sorry, I hit the submit button before I was done. I am still pulling my list together.
I also want to say that the Dirty Dozen cards have an early date but they weren't announced until Monday so that is why they are in my list for this week!
