Sugar continues to be my addiction.
I eat grain free. Best decision I ever made for myself. In the beginning it takes quite a bit of effort, but once you familiarize yourself with ingredient labels and safe options you'll feel better than ever. Expect several weeks of withdrawal symptoms, ie: headaches, lethargy, irritability etc.
If you haven't already, look into Danielle Walker's Against the Grain, The Whole30, Elana's Pantry & Diane Sanfilippo Practical Paleo (she also does the 21 day sugar detox - I've done it 3 times) for guidance, recipes, safe food lists etc. It will save you a lot of time and frustration.
