Who's ordering tomorrow and what are you getting??
Enquiring minds want to know! I ordered some sets for myself from Christmas (DH asked me to do that! <g>). I'm missing two SAB sets that I didn't pre-order, so I want to get those, but I also want to get enough so I can get Hostess Benefits.
I spent all my money at the end of December because I needed to still get $35.00 toward 3 month $300.00 payment to Stampin Up and since I was getting free shipping and handling I went ahead and got that instead. I did go over my $300.00 dollars but I'm sure that they won't put it in toward January's payment. Wah!!!!
I'm getting paper, because I haven't ordered anything because of the holidays, and now I really need it, and I will be able to get three of the sab sets, oh and mon ami for my up comming valentine's classes!
I have been waiting for this moment so I could order and get some SAB sets!!!! funny you should ask!!!
I am a relatively new demo...so, I am going to purchase the tool kit and the cutter...then I am ordering the wheel guide. I am going to get several sets from the winter mini (the alphabet and matching numbers to name one!) and the definition background stamp from the catalog. Then I am going to order some heat and stick powder - you gals have done such cool things with that - especially Mary Brown with her pink swirl card! Also a large handle (don't have one!)....I want to get some ribbon and some cord, too. I have set my limit to $200 (I saved and saved from my birthday in October and a scrapbook job I did in the fall, too!) but at last count it was at $250. I am not sure what I will eliminate.
ooooohhhhh! It is so much fun! Thanks for asking.

Because December was so slow I really don't have a ton to spend. I plan on getting paper and a valentine set. My order over $50 will get my first SAB set.
I have made my list, I am checking it twice. LOL! I wish I could think in a logical manner. I tend to orde from the heart instead of thinking what could be helpful to sell more products, etc..
Well, I had $100 saved up plus I got another $100 for Christmas so this is what I ordered

Happy Ordering!!!

OK, let me ask a silly question. Can I order just above the $50 in order to get a SAB as a demo order , I don't have to put it in as a hostess order? I am in my first year as a demo and not quite sure about this procedure.

You can get SAB sets with a demo order. That's how I plan on getting mine.
My whole family was together for Christmas, so I'm ordering a 6X6 brag book and a scrappin kit (among other things) and doing an album for my mom for Valentine's Day.
I put an order in w/ one of my friends who is a demo...and because I was spending $150 she put it an as a workshop so I could get the hostess benefits ;)

I am!
I am placing an order in a little while, but I am having a hard time deciding! I have managed to not order for the last 2 months, so that I could have lots to spend during SAB. I have set a $400.00 limit for myself. Here's what I think I am getting...
Set of 48 Markers
Stampin Wheel Guide
Mon Ami
Toucan of my Love
Alphahearts
Canvas
Curvy Verses
Twinkle Wheel
Love is the air
Roses in Winter
Botanical Garden (hostess)
Occasionally (hostess appreciation)
mini envelope template
Earths chalk ink refills
glassy glaze EP
crystal clear EP
1 3/8 square punch
Black detail EP
and some ribbon and CS.... not exactly sure on this.
I am so excited, but don't want to submit until I have checked my list a million times   . I am going to try not to order again until March.
I'm getting a ton of the gadgets that I don't have. I have a heat gun, but not the one from SU. I want to have the SU gadgets so that I can demo them.
I'm also getting the other 2 families of ink pads (yippee!) that I don't have. I am getting the other square punch that I don't have, the powder pals, paper piecing punch, some gingham ribbon, some grosgrain ribbon, the Stamp-a-ma-jig, and maybe, a couple of stamp sets.
I will putting in the order Monday night because I have a class that night. Now ....the waiting for all of it will be NO fun! LOL!
Well, I was planning to spend more in January...but have decided to wait and see how we do on our taxes and place another order in March. I really want the Simple Salutation set! So this is what I have decided to order now...because I just cannot wait any longer...
Simply Circles
Shapes and Shadows
Canvas
Chalk Pad-Regals
Stampin' Wheel Guide
Rose Red Cardstock
Buttons-Soft Subtles
Rose Red Marker
Large Heart Eyelets
Ivory 3/8 Organdy
Love Ya Bunches
Paint Prints
I want a punch as well but I cannot decide between the double circle punch and the slit punch, just not sure which I would use more.
Well in everyone elses excitment, I did a stupid thing. I was for some reason, NOT thinking, and placed a $214 order last nite, thinking the winter catalog expired on Dec. 31. WAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!! I could have gotten all the ones I didnt preorder. Do you suppose if I call SU first thing Monday, they will let me cancel the order and reorder it in Jan?
I wanted so many things out of the winter mini, and did an order in haste to get it all. WHAT WAS I THINKING???? (I wasnt, I guess )
I want a punch as well but I cannot decide between the double circle punch and the slit punch, just not sure which I would use more.
If you can, get them both! I love both of mine and use them both very differently. I think you'll find that it was worth the investment of getting them. JMHO...
I just finished putting in my order of $150.00 to get enough paper and supplies for my Stamp Camp in January. I geared all of the projects around Sell-a-Bration in order to drum up enough excitement (but the sets themselves are pretty fabulous!) :? . The only fun things I ordered aside from the paper was the wheel guide and the Canvas Background Stamp.
So here's a question for all of you experienced Demo's out there===now that I have duplicate Sell-a-bration sets because of this order, what would you suggest I do with them? :? I am thinking of keeping them until Sell-a-bration is over to use for incentives in booking workshops.
My New Year's Resolution is to work smarter at my business this year, so whatever ideas you have would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Ladies. Love this site...haven't posted much, though. I just put in a $400.00 order on the 30th in order to take advantage of the free shipping. I think it's a great savings. I have been saving and saving and saving my money for this one order. I'm a SU! demonstrator, but make most of my money by selling my stamped wares. Cards, gifts, etc...I usually only do 1 party/demonstration a month. I don't think I'll be placing any orders, then, for SAB....unless my hubby gets good tips during that time.
I ordered mostly stamp sets that I've been wanting since the 2004-2005 catalog came out and then paper. All in all I got 15 stamp sets and 10 reams of paper. I also placed a supply order for some incentive stamps and the planner.
I hope everyone has a superstampin' 2005. Love this site and all who are involved with it. I've never sent a pic of my work, but a resolution is in the works for me to do it.

If you can only get one, I'd get the double circle. Makes putting ribbon on the cards so much easier. And I use it for eyelets too. My adopted upline got me the slit punch for Christmas but I don't have it yet, so I can't comment on it.
tool kit
paper cutter
aqua painters
blender pens (I am out!)
wheel guide
lg. wheel handle
heat and stick powder (love that pink card from Mary Brown!)
silver cord
red gingham
black gingham
bold bright tags
bold bright fibers
These were all to enhance my new business!!!! Yahoo!
Then I got these stamps:
canvas
mon ami
more petal prints
by definition
curvy verses
brown stamp pad and refill
My freebies:
IN FULL BLOOM (I CAN'T WAIT!!)
My SAB:
lexicon of love (my fave)

Paper and more Paper! I went through my files last week and listed all of the colors.....
Adhesives for my camps and classes so I can have that on hand for my customers to buy when they come to class, I don't supply adhesives.
Ribbon - man, I went through ribbon this holiday season!
12x12 scrapbooks - one resolution is to get a book for each son started and a family album. I made 8x12 albums for my parents and in-laws and my kids just LOVED doing it with me and my DH had to look at the books '0ne last time" before I wrapped, so now he sees the value in my hobby. FINALLY!
Pearl Ex Assortment II
Glitter and DDiamonds for Vday cards
I'm sure I'll have sticker shock when I get this entered in tonight, but I'm trying to plan for all of SAB and make sure I have enough for all of my classes, etc.....
Yeah, it's sellabration and I'm getting lots of FREE sets!!!!!

I'm sorry asking stupid questions still new
If I place an order over $400.00 am I in title to the Hostess sets?
Sharon
Sharon, definitely NOT a stupid question!!
Yes, you will get the hostess appreciation set. It's SO cute!!!
Can't wait to hear what all you order!!
 Alicia
Ok, I made my list last week. I had been impatiently waiting to place my order today. But somehow I hadn't even thought of it until I read this post. This is NOT my final decision but here is the list I had made. I was trying to think of things that I could use to get my business going. Thinkgs that I don't have. I have tons of stamp sets. I could never have "enough" but I thought that maybe I should get some other things this time. I have never done a scrapbook class or demo'd anything to do with scrapbooking and I wanted to start that in February. So here are my choices. If anyone has any suggestions to change let me know, I won't be placing my order until this evening. I only have the Love Without End 6x6 album and nothing else.
Just Journaling II
Phrase Startes II
Classic Leather Album (Burgundy) 12x12
Classic Linen Album (Navy) 8 1/2 x 11
Classic linen Ring Album (natural) 6x6
(I wanted to get the albums because most of my customers haven't seen them. But I've been thinking that it is an awful large amount of money to spend. Almost $85. Do you know how many stamps I could get for that  ) Suggestions would be great. Like maybe just getting the 12x12 or just the 8 1/2 x 11. Does it really matter for me to have them all or not?
Simply Scrappin
Buttons Bows & Twinkletoes
Toy Box
Sparkling holiday (maybe, I thought people might want to scrap their xmas pics)
Polyshrink
Trapezoid Box & Tags
1 3/8 circle
1 1/4 square
Paper Peiceing punch
slit punch
(i already have the other circl and square, the double circle)
Shapes embossing templates
Pearl Ex II
Lumiere
Stipple Brushes
(I have not done pearl ex since before I was a demo)
Beads - Brighs.
I'm thinking about maybe backing off on the albums and maybe not getting the things like polyshrink and pearl ex and getting stamps instead. I don't have any classes or anything that i plan on using them for and I have tons of ideas to do the things that i already have.
PLEASE give me some suggestions.

Thanks for the tips on the double circle punch or the slit punch...I never thought about using the double circle punch for eyelets. Goodness! What a great idea!
I want a punch as well but I cannot decide between the double circle punch and the slit punch, just not sure which I would use more.
I have both and use the slit punch more. I hardly ever reach for my double circle, especially since it won't easily go through 2 sheets of c/s - I'm better off with my 1/8" hole punch - just an fyi
I have a long list I think I may trim it down some it hard to know what not to get. For sure I'm getting the paper.
Paper EE, RR and SS
White paper
Jumbp Catridges
Mist refill
Sassy Saying I and II
Brushstroke Alphabet
Mom Ami
Wheel Guide
Toucan of my Love
Love in the Air
Right at Home
Bold Butterfly
Flitting By
Door Hanger Pouches
I've been constructing my wish list for 3 weeks now. :P I'm still learning stamping and this is only my third order. I am still building up my basics. My Demo applies hostess credit if the orders reach that level and as a "special treat/christmas gift/early birthday gift and we got money back from a mistake on our 2002 taxes" gift to myself I am reaching for a $400 order to take advantage of the hostess & SAB opportunities. I can see this order carrying me for quite some time (although I do have a back-up wish list started just in case money falls into my lap again).
So, far this is what I have:
Festive Four (hostess)
Occasionally Stamp Set (hostess)
Medium Envelopes
Flexible Phrases
Glue Stick
Aqua Painter
Stampin Pastels
Earth Elements Pad
Earth Elements Markers
Earth Elements Card Stock
Ultra White cardstock
Pink Passion Cardstock
Toucan of My Love
Curvey Verses
Year Round Fun II
Fun with Shapes
Spring Fling
Little Layers
Greetings Galore
Border Builders
All Year Cheer
Birthday Greetings
Liquid Glue
Glitter, Gold
Glitter, Diamonds
Glitter, Silver
I think this qualifies me for something like 9 SAB sets...obviously there are only 6 available. I don't have any stamping friends (yet) so using them as gifts isn't too feasible. Any suggestions?
I pre-ordered all the sellabration sets so I'd have them for my workshops, so I placed my order on 12/31 to take advantage of the free shipping. I'm going to make scrapbooks for both of my adult children this year, so I ordered albums, 12x12 cardstock, simply scrappin' kits, page protectors, ribbon, and More Petal Prints from the winter mini catalog. I already have Petal Prints, and this one goes so well with it. I decided I had to have both.

I would get the album, but just one. I would either choose the 6x6 or the 12x12. I find it hard if you use non-SU background papers(which alot of my friends do) to find paper for the 8-1/2x11. I would definitely get the polyshrink and the Pearl-Ex. They are fun!! Then you can still get a couple small stamp sets or 1 big one!! I hope this helps you choose. Good Luck. Let us know what you chose!!!
