Happy Thursday, it's Ways to Use It time! Carla, here as your hostess and I want you to get out your embossing powder and get smelly!
If you don't have scented embossing powder in your stash, make your own and give that card recipient an extra treat. The general recipe is 2 parts embossing powder to 1 part scented powder. You can use sugar free Kool Aid or jello, ground spices, instant coffee, baby powder or... Make sure any additive you use is sugar-free because sugar will burn and that's not the scent we're looking for! Here are some links for some extra help and ideas.
I can't wait to see your creativity and I wish we had virtual smell enabled! When you're done, upload your card with the keyword WT601, and then come back and share a link here to make it easy for people to find your card. Please be sure to tell us what scent you used.
Here's a link to the WT601 gallery. Take a look and be sure to leave some love for your fellow stampers
Thank you Sabrina and Lisa for your marvelous samples!
Here are links to the wonderful samples from the Ways to Use It Team:
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
This was such a great challenge, Carla! I love the nudge to try something new. And thank you for sending the drink mix so that I could try fruit as well as spice. My room smelled great after making that one.
Had fun getting out my embossing tray, and using these two vintage SU stamps for my images, with pumpkin pie spice for fragrance. Made 2 dc oval panels, and a striped background. Here's Little Things

Thanks for the fun challenge, Carla! Here's my Starry Jack. Even tho I have no idea if the embossing is scented or not, it is embossed! Thanks so much for looking.
