Growing up, I always heard about Christmas In July sales in the department stores.

I know that with commercialism, Christmas stuff seems to appear in the stores earlier and earlier.... especially the craft stores.

I can see it in the craft stores. People who make things for Christmas bazaar's have to get an early start in able to have enough product to sale at 1 or more craft booths.

I was only mildly surprised when I saw Halloween and Fall items at Hobby Lobby a couple of weeks ago. Christmas as also begun to arrive.

Christmas in July means the things we need NOW are also going on SALE!

Oh yeah.. the Challenge...

If you've not started your Christmas cards, now is a good time. According to The Christmas Clock there are only 187 days left til Christmas. Count back enough days so that your cards go in the mail in November... only about 150 days left to MAIL!

It's holiday time and Wimbledon's on TV so lots of card stitching is happening. I particularly like how this one turned out Field of flowers by must love cats - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers. The second one Coral coloured by must love cats at Splitcoaststampers. An old favourite Tranquility by must love cats at Splitcoaststampers and a dragonfly Watercoloured dragonfly by must love cats at Splitcoaststampers

Love them all especially the dragonfly :-) We are watching the Wimbledon as well - one sport that I will watch with my hubby ...hugs!!
