Several weeks ago, my mother skyped with me while she was shopping at the fabric store for supplies to make a couple of aprons. She was making them for her ailing friend, who can no longer so many physical things for her self, to give to her own grown daughter and granddaughter. My mom had a fun, teal, ombre chevron print in the cart and needed another color. I suggested red...to which, she was horrified. But it started growing on her. By the end of the conversation, we had chosen a fantastic red contrast fabric. And boy, did *I* want that apron when I saw how amazing it had turned out!
In honor of this little act of kindness, today's F4A is going to be all about
RED & TEAL!

Made a 2nd card using Recollections' Kraft tag kit- adding a cranberry red background and 2 washi tapes for accents. Here's Thank You Very Much. Happy Friday!

It's been a while since I have participated in a daily SCS challenge! I took the day off from work today and already have my nap in.....and made this for the challenge. I love a good CAS card with lots of white space!
Dawn, if I can find some time today I would love to create something with this fab color combo. It's such a retro look and really awesome. Can't wait to stroll through the gallery.
Here is my submission for today's Free for All Challenge _ definitely an interesting color combo, but I'm liking my end result - NOW - I gotta take a peek at the other entries
