Hi. My name is Amanda. I'm new to posting on Splitcoast Stampers. I've used the site for reference for quite some time and love it. I'm not new to stamping or card making. My business name is Abba Design. I design, make and sell greeting cards (and jewellery) at a local Maker's Market here in Tasmania, Australia. I find stamping and colouring so therapeutic. Adult colouring books are very popular here in Tasmania but I have no need for them. When I feel the need for therapy, I just spend time stamping, colouring and creating cards from the images (which can be the most frustrating part of card making). Designing cards is like quilting....No matter how much fabric/paper you have in your stash, you always need to buy more to finish a project. I just love this site. There are so many talented people who post cards. I get lots of ideas and it's so very inspiring. Best thing I ever did was finding Splitcoast Stampers.
Hi and welcome from across the ditch! I am in Auckland and also love stamping and card making. Adult colouring books are popular here too but, like you, I have no need of them - my card making is enouigh therapy! Have fun exploring the forum and do ask if you have any questions.
Stephanie
