I need help shrinking pic for Avatar

I've read through some old threads on this topic and I guess my free photo software packages aren't cutting it! I can't shrink my photo down to 80x80. I even tried downloading a free trial version of Adobe Photoshop but the file kept getting corrupted and I never was able to get it loaded. Can someone help me? I have Kodak Easyshare and I also have Canon's Zoombrowser and Nikon's Pictureproject.

Yaay it worked! Thanks again. I knew it would be tiny, but it's hard to fit the whole family in a single photo.

I've been online now for about an hour, and I haven't gotten any stamping done! A new addiction - just what I needed...

One way to get the size smaller is to click "Save For Web" under "file" in one of your photo editing programs. This will save it as a much smaller file.
