It's 2016 and the first challenge for our VSBN revolves around "Inspiration" and/or "Motivation". After all, there has to be a "push" for you to want to change or do something different, right?

Challenge Option 1 Scrap a page that includes a "quote" as Inspiration. You can use the quote as your title OR as your journaling. Share in your post back to us where you found the quote.

Challenge Option 2 Scrap a page that includes your "One Little Word". Share with us the word that will be your motivation/inspiration for 2016. Feel free to make it your Title or use in your journaling.

You guys always choose a word for the year. I've tried to do that but have a really hard time knowing what to choose. How do you go about thinking of a word?

Terry, sorry but I'm no help on this one. I did it one year but I think it was "luck", I don't really have a OLW for this year either. I did read through some of the ones on Facebook that people selected but ....;)

I found the picture I wanted to use with the quote I found. Recently I joined a new Boxing Gym that opened by my house. I went to the first workout night and they took a photo - awesome! It was a fun experience

I think about a word that describes what I personally feel I need to work on. One year it was FOCUS. Last year was BALANCE.
