Challenge Title:Stay CENTERED Hostess: lisa lara (Lisa) Keyword: HYCCT1525 Date: October 25th, 2015
Maintaining balance isn't easy is it? Toss in Breast Cancer to the mix and ACK! So my challenge is about staying centered. Make a card by only using the center for your image, sentiment etc.
UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. All Hope You Can Cling To Challenge Entries must be uploaded to the Hope You Can Cling To Gallery, with the specific challenge keyword, no later than November 7th, 2015 at 12:00 Noon Central Time to be eligible for our fabulous prizes! Post a link to your entry in this thread.
2. You may not combine challenges, but you are welcome to create multiple cards for each challenge.
3. Please remember to put in the correct keyword when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
4. Please package all challenge entries with an envelope, protected with a clear plastic bag and mail them to our partner at the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center to benefit patients being treated for breast cancer and their family. I'm looking at your samples and not quite getting it. It sounded like you wanted us to use only the center of some sort of image but your sample cards look more like you want us to use just the center of the card front. Can you clarify for me? I am very literal, I'm sorry, I know I'm a pain in the back end!

Lisa- great challenge! I went with a nice sentiment from SU- along with a stylish girl image from Stamping Bella. Added a cool embossed background, inked and colored. Put a Halloween style sticker and pumpkin themed dp behind my sentiment. Here's HYCCT1525 My Friends

Hi Robin, wherever your mind takes you with this theme is of course A okay. My original thought was to use only the center of your card. Hope that helps.

This challenge helped me to figure out a design I had planned last year around this time but never achieved. Happy to have the opportunity to fix that!
I am a little behind, but I loved the idea of this challenge so much, Lisa. In honor of your love of bright colors I used some DSP with a little zing to it. The center is actually cut out with the sentiment panel behind it, the scalloped edge on top to finish it off. The colored panels are stamped twice and fussy cut, lifted up on dimensionals.
