Do Administrators Ever Answer?

I have written a few times and have never gotten a reply. Has anyone found this as well? Who runs this site?

Yes we do How did you contact us? Through the help page? I don't have any emails through our help page from you unless you were not logged in when you sent them and I don't recognize your email address. What sort of problem are you having?

You can email us through the help page at any time or send a private message to me if you'd like, or just post here.

Mirabella, I've ALWAYS gotten answers (and very quickly) anytime I've had any questions. They're great about stuff like that, and this site is FABULOUS.

Thanks! I didn't meant to mean to imply it was not a good site at all. I think I tried the "help" section but honestly cannot remember.

I too have had trouble getting answers to a situation I needed help with.. I don't remember what the issue was but it was strange not to have any one contact me. As I have been a member since 2004 with the original people who designed this site. And stayed on. So I understand . I really like this site as I view it whenever I am on the computer. It's always been my go to when I want to learn techniques, about new projects, see samples of projects. I think the moderators do an amazing job. Maybe my questions some how didn't reach them.

There's definitely a possibility your message didn't get to us - we do answer 100% of the ones we get.

There have been maybe two times in the last five years where the help page wasn't working - maybe you got "lucky" . We always put a notice up when something's not working.
