TLC521~Negative & Positive~{2-16-15}
Hi Crafters! Hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day. February is flying by and I am so ready for this weird winter to be over! Here in Colorado we have been in the 60's and 70's for most of February. What has your weather been like? I just hate having a negative attitude towards the weather...but I can't help it! LOL
Taking about being negative, lets get positive! My challenge to you is to use your die cuts, your die cutting machines OR a craft knife to make negative space on your projects. Then, use your positive space as an embellishment or as part of your design. There are so many word dies, number and shapes out there that you can make this challenge really creative and fun. I have seen some really great cards out on the web using this idea. I cannot wait to see what you make!

This was a fun challenge! Made this during my lunch break (I love working from home!). Just wish i had popped up the orange smile! I love using the negative & often save them for later use! May have to look through my stash later tonight & make another card! Thanks for the fun challenge!

I didn't really do the negative/positive correctly because I forgot what I was doing, so I improvised. Instead of a full negative with 'margins', I cut out around the negative leaving about 1/4" width, and that is my negative.
