Soon it will be Valentine's Day so my challenge this time is to use all kinds of HEARTS on your cards/projects! You can use stamps, die cuts, paper hearts, draw your own etc. Remember, to keep things truly "mixed media", you need to use at least 2 different types of art media on your card.
You can click HERE for a list of supplies to choose from.
"The heart symbol or "heart shape" (♥) is an ideograph used to express the idea of the "heart" in its metaphorical or symbolic sense as the center of emotion, including affection and love, especially (but not exclusively) romantic love." (Wikipedia)
I hope and would love to see lots of hearts and creativity in the gallery!
We hope you find these challenges inspiring and creative! Our goal is to make mixed media easy and FUN!
Please remember to put in the correct keyword (MIX54) when uploading your image.

MIX54 Mixed Hearts
No call for Valentine's Day cards here but I still managed to work some hearts into this CAS card. The samples were wonderful - so inspiring.
Thanks, Birgit!

Thx for the hearts card challenge, Birgit! I have hearts on the front and hearts inside. I used three inks, watercolor pencils, and a glitter brush. I don't know if die cuts and paper piecing are on the SC list?

Catching up on a few challenges, here is my Love Always card.
I saw a youtube video about a technique using alcohol inks and acrylic paints as a kind of resist. I didn't get the result that I saw in the video but when I punched the paper into petals, it became something I could like. TFL!
