Our guest designer Kate had an accident on Friday night. She fell and may have 2 broken wrists. She is going to see a surgeon tomorrow. Her sample this week was done before the accident.
But, she will not be with us as a guest next week. If anyone would like to send her a card, please PM Mary Marsh aka maryr917 for kate's address.
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC505 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge, use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here.

This is my first time doing the color challenge. Usually I do not do this because it is too challenging to figure out the colors; I call it the colorblind challenge. So if my papers don't match anything that was posted for the challenge then, Oops! I used a 3rd color inside the card as I didn't really have a place to use it on the front of the card. I liked how my card came out and it was my goal to complete another Christmas card today.
Barbara- had to revisit your cool color scheme- adding tan and orange to the mix. Went with a autumn buddies card, with variegated floss and thyme sprig combo. Here's Hedgie and Pumpkin

Had this done earlier this morning and then had computer problems -- so here it is, a day late... Such challenges colors though -- it took me a couple of tries before getting a card I could live with.

I used a vintage style stamp for my card, and did some ink distressing to my dc panels. Added some bird and flowers dp, and a green and light orange ribbon treatment. Finished with some fancy corners. This is for my dear friend undergoing the loss of her dad in his early 90s. Here's Unchanging Friendship

As a complete coincidence, the card that I created last weekend fits the featured colour combination. My card has Lost Lagoon, Pear Pizzazz, Soft Sky - which is kind of silvery. It does have silver sequins. . Thanks to Gabalot for making me aware of this week's colour combination!
