Great Customer Service with a twist
I've been reading a thread about a company whom doesn't seem to value their customers and wanted to let you know what great customer service I received recently on a prize!
Last month I participated in a "Stamp Out Cancer" card making challenge on Gina K's Stamp TV. I was humbled to have won one of the challenges. So to be honest when I saw my caller ID come up a week or so later with Gina K Designs I ran to the phone (yeah, I'm a screener) and answered. They explained that their shipment that contained my prize had been delay a few weeks and gave me the choice of waiting or having an equal prize in a different color way. WOW! I was floored. They didn't just substitute (which they could have) they asked me if it was ok or if I wanted to wait.
FWIW I was ok with the substitution and in my view it helped them close the ticket on a generous prize so it ended up a win/win! Love Gina K and her customer service.

I actually made an SCS trade with Gina K herself a few years back, and she is a WONDERFUL lady. She's super-sweet and seems to have a heart of gold. Bravo Gina K!
