Challenge Title: Warm Fuzzies
Hostess: LMcAree - Lori
Keyword: HYCCT1412
Date: Sunday, October 12th, 2014
Fatigue is one of the big side effects of both radiation and chemotherapy. I imagine it is important to the folks going through these treatments to feel as warm and cozy as possible. Let's do what we can to give them the warm fuzzies!! For my challenge I would like you to use warm colors (color wheel below) and something fuzzy, ie: blanket, sweater, animal images, twine, yarn, etc.

Thank you for participating in this card drive! And a big thanks to my wonderful sample makers!!!
good morning
<----- hunting widow here ( has the whole house to her self this morning) ( well the sun's not up yet on this side of the states...) but, here is a link to my sample,
It's only a few hours (but I will take it with both hands :mrgreen they (hubs and Grace) come home and then they are home for a while then go back out in the afternoon ( birds have funny time limits Ducks are like an hour or so in the early am then pheasants are after that with a break in the middle of the day) (who knows why)
I don't know much about hunting, my hubs doesn't do much of it. Cars, racing and shooting pool is more his thing. I'm hoping to get some stamping in today, do you have any plans?
Good morning ladies! I have an idea for this challenge but won't be able to get to it until tomorrow - unfortunately life (work) gets in the way from time to time.
I need to make a birthday card for my MIL ( tomorrow ) and an anniversary card for hubs ( tuesday) but, after that I can do more HYCCT extras ( I hope) I know hubs brother is coming over during the middle of the day when he is home between hunting... so, nothing will get done then.
Fun challenge, Lori...and by choosing warm colors you have assured us of a happy gallery. On the fuzzy part, I'm light...just adding a touch of Flower Soft to the yellow part of my poinsettias. Thanks.

I spent a lot of time thinking of what to do for this challenge; my "fuzzy" supply is rather limited. I finally decided to go with a bear again, but this one's much different than the last one. Once I remembered this Pooh fabric, the rest fell together pretty easily.

Here is my messed up challenge. I forgot about the color part of the challenge because I was so excited when I found just the right image and saying. I would love to go back and fix it but I am out of time.

No worries, your card is wonderful!! I'm glad you were able to play along!
This was a fun reason to go check through my fibers. I have lots that are fuzzy, but they didn't all come in warm colors. Found a good one to use on this, however.
