Today's challenge involves glaze. Not the kind you find on your doughnut, but the kind you find in your craft room. I'm looking for glaze, gloss, shine or sheen. Use products or techniques that provide a glazed look!
I have attached a few samples today. Michelle made the first project digitally, Sabrina made the next card and I made the last. Remember to use the keyword, WT492, when uploading your project so that we can all see your creation. It helps if you link it up back here too. You can view the entire gallery for this challenge HERE.

I went out to our local craft store and there was a big sale- so stocked up on glazes and such that I don't usually use! I photographed this against a household foil background on our stove for added sparkle (with overhead lighting and flash) and gained shine but lost sharpness sorry! the stamp set is TE's Kitschy Kitchen, and I used Perfect Pearl Mist and did some spritzing with teal ink (all dried with my hair dryer). Dedicated to my 2 dear kids- visiting this weekend Here's You Warm My Heart

Oh how I love it when a plan comes together. It just happened that I created a card today with Rangers UTEE - Yay! You can leave it glossy or you can bend and crack it, thus getting the "cracked glass" look. Link to the tutorial is in my post write-up.
Thanks for the challenge, Toni. I was already challenged enough making a dreaded sympathy card, but the cracked glass label worked well for the vintage look I was going for.
Toni, I just couldn't help myself - one more card for the challenge. This time I used 3D Crystal Lacquer over the giraffe's colorful spots.
Our little Bubbie (the blonde) had a play date at the National Smithsonian Zoological Park this week and I saw his photo on FB late last night. He's been playing with my stamps lately so I thought I'd use this one. I love his style!
Just in the last month or so, I've really started to appreciate how a little glazed detail can really add a lot to a card, so this was another change to exercise that knowledge. Here is my card.
LOVE this challenge! I have a bottle of Glossy Accents sitting on my craft table that I didn't know what to do with! Now,I know I can make my own perfectly matched accents! Here is my card:
