It's pretty fabulous and I think has something for everyone! You should start seeing more samples soon with the couple of things we could order early AND people at convention this week were able to get their mitts on some of the stuff there! Jealous!!!! One of my stampy BFF's used a new set like immediately the other night!
The rest of us demos pre-order on the 1st so you should see even more stuff then! SO be on the lookout. I would assume most people at convention won't be able to make stuff and post it until they get home Sun/Mon or so.
Thanks for that link to Mary Fish's FB Page!! I saw a few cards that I adore!! The stamps with "Love" and "Merry" and also the "Thanks" really got me excited! haha, they are not in the regular catalog, are they? I miss things sometimes :oops:

That's a holiday catalog set. We usually get one as one of our convention sets along with the ones from the regular catalog. You can get it Aug 28.

Hoping for some great new Christmas sets! I haven't bought any new Christmas sets in years. I really only have about three! Can you believe it?
Last year I made a Christmas tree from punched triangles, the year before was a single SU stamp-snow globe. One year it was Santa's sleigh from Wondering Words, which isn't a Christmas set.
So you see....I'm due for a set or two! Keeping fingers crossed for sets I like!

Some cute stuff, really like the DSPs and the box punch board looks interesting too. I'm picturing the smallest size of that done up as tiny packages for tree ornaments. That "google this" link can show up any time!

I don't know how people find the links doing google search. I have never been successful at it. Maybe the stampin fairies will arrive soon!
I do not need any Christmas stamps, but that Nature's Peace set is AWESOME! Love it! It reminds me of something you'd see from a fine stationery company like Rifle Paper Company!

Love, love, love this catty!
There is more here than I've ever wanted from SU at one time! I'm a big SU fan, but really feel I don't need too many new stamp sets. I think 150 + sets is more than enough!
Like I said in a post above...I have very few Christmas sets but this may be my year!
I want the houses, the set with the polar bear and the trees, the wreath set, the autumn set with the acorn, the triangle Christmas trees and matching punch, the witch clothing clothesline, and the let their be peace...I think that's what it said. I'd also like the flip snowflake die.
I would be set for five years of Christmas cards! I keep trying to talk myself out of some these and think there will others next year...but really none have ever caught my eye like these.
I may have to start selling plasma, or at least join SU again to get a bit if a discount!

I'm also loving the curvy keepsake box thinlit...oh me, oh my! I've tried to keep my purchases small and sensible the last few years. Basics, a stamp set here and there, some ribbon, clearance rack stuff... Maybe I've been good too long.

That snowflake thinlit flip card die was awesome! I had to go back and make sure that it really was a flip card die because the catalog only showed one measly project with it. That is a must have, for sure!
If I didn't alreay own two or three wreath sets, I would get the SU one!

Your're right, I may have to host a SU party! I also forgot to mention the confetti star punch and the stars and tree embossing folders. Those are on my list too!

My order will be going in on 8/1...my demo isnt ordering anything......at least so far..mine can go with hers if she does order. If they are limited...I cant remember..then I will wait. This is a great catty.

Ugh, Google search didn't work for me. Tips? Never had this problem before. Dying to see it!
All I did was highlight the catalog phrase & then right click. The 3rd choice down that comes up for me is "search Google for 'the phrase you highlighted' " and I clicked on the search Google option.

The catalog isn't live for customers until August 28th. They have changed the dates around a little bit. Sorry :(
