Hello crafty peeps!
It was my birthday last week and I am opening as Vi Moore in "Footloose" this week, so we are doing an EASY challenge this week!
I am filling in for Jenn - who is on vacation in sunny Florida or somewhere wonderful!
This week's technique is probably one you have ALL done, but maybe have not used as a focal point for your designs. It's all about SCORING! Not in the middle, to crease your design, or make a fancy fold, but as PART OF THE DESIGN. Easy! Some of you do this frequently and I think it looks lovely and classy, whether on CAS designs or loads of layers!
So get out your scoring boards and bone folders or rulers or styluses (styli? ) and SCORE!

I love this challenge. Scoring is a favorite technique of mine for CAS designs. Defines spaces, but doesn't interfere with the overall CAS concept. Here is my Score One for the Beach

Judy- great challenge! I couldn't find my scoring tool, so I used my rotary cutter with the blade cover on along with my ruler on my cutting mat. Emphasized the scored lines with green squiggles on my tag. I added a patchwork quilt border tie and some coloring. Aren't these the cutest mountains? Here's Change Your View

I had fun folding for my scoring lines, and using SU's Best of Cluck for my sentiment and chicken image. Added 2 pearls and 2 ribbon ties. Here's Chickies Thanks
