I have some ( but, they are retired ) vintage PSX personal stamp exchange stamps and or I am thinking nope, found one from paper impressions ( also retired ) that is a canning label where you can fill in the blanks.
but, I found mine second hand on eBay and it did take some time doing it that route.

Thanks for your input. Earlier today I popped into a Goodwill near me. There must have been a rather large donation of rubber stamps. Ironically, I came across a hedgehog watering a garden. So I snapped that up! I figure that I can always add my own sentiment. Have a good Holiday!
