Ready for a new Mix-Ability challenge?!! We hope you're having fun with these! Our goal is to make mixed media easy, approachable and FUN! We want to convince you that no matter what your style is - you can DO it!
This week's challenge is to heat things up! Pull out your heat tool, and use heat reactive mediums on your project ... Embossing Powders, Heat/Stick, UTEE, or other heat reactive mediums.
Remember to use the keyword MIX72 when uploading your creations to the gallery, come back and post a link, and let us "ooooooh" and "ahhhhhh" over your works of art!
I wasn't sure if shrink plastic on it's own counted ;-), so I heat embossed it and this is definitely something I'll be trying again - maybe with flowers. MIX72 Hot Stitchin'
I'm just waiting for some Heat 'n' Stick - if I can collect the parcel tonight or tomorrow, I'll be back because I'll be so excited to try it out!!

I wanted to make this card as soon as I saw this challenge, because I thought of Heat and stick powder when I saved a Rolo wrapper to try to use it on a card like gold leaf.
It was harder to get the foil to stick than I thought, but I had fun making my background, sort of from your tutorial on the poppies, Dina. And I heat embossed the sentiment also. Fun challenge!
