Sketch Challenge 487 (5/7/14)
Keywords: SC487 No spaces between letters and numbers, put a comma followed by a space between keywords. The keywords are all you need to have your card show up in the challenge gallery, having it in the keyword line covers more searches. Posting to this thread is not mandatory to play!
No due date for posting your card to any weekly challenge.

Hello sketchy friends! Ready for the first sketch for the month of May? I used it to finish my Mother's Day cards. Can't wait to see how you use the sketch this week�hope you like it!

I have a Mac and I can see it. There is a thumbnail on this post, in the gallery, and in the SCSketches gallery.

There's a problem with one of the host servers, so randomly you may not be able to see attachments.
There's a thread about it down in Site Suggestions:
Can't see thumbnails in posts, can't open attachments by Paige at Splitcoaststampers
And I know it's random, because I saw the thumbnail before work but not now -I'm off to the gallery to remind myself what it looks like  . |

SC487 Heron and Firefly
For today's sketch challenge, I created a Japanese-themed card, sponging the background for my heron image. Added a fussy cut hand drawn firefly, and paper pieced my Haiku in place of the banner element. Here's Heron and Firefly__________________

" A Victorian, Mothers Day "
Ty for the neat sketch , got the ideas coming, I know it ended not quite same as didnt know when to stop, so hope its ok...let me know if not...Here is my Victorian Mothers Day card__________________
We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.
