Why am I having such trouble uploading a profile picture. It is small enough, even smaller than needed and it always says upload failed. Someone have any tips?

The problem is that it's confusing between profile picture and avatar - your avatar photo is what shows up when you post. Here's a tutorial for that: Splitcoaststampers - Help

You're getting an error because you already successfully uploaded a profile pic, so once you load into the avatar field you'll see it when you post and be good to go!
