Looks like they charge $1 per roll for shipping, which sort of brings it up to $2 per roll. Still very cheap. Didn't end up buying because they don't take paypal, and this is a company I don't have experience with, so I'd rather be safe than sorry.
I have ordered from Consumer Crafts a few times with no problems. Occasionally they have free shipping for orders over 25.00 instead of their usual 100. This was the case yesterday when I ordered about 25.00 of Washi tape, it was free shipping. They are not really fast at shipping but its a good deal if you don't mind waiting a couple weeks.

What do you mean by has this worked? I just ordered mine and will wait for the shipment to arrive...luckily I have plenty of other washi tapes until they do arrive (if it takes a little while)!
OIC - I paid 6.95 for shipping. But I feel that is well spent since I got 20+ rolls of Washi tape, an embossing folder, and two embossing powders (silver and gold - YEAH!) all for under $35. This is definitely a site I will keep track of considering the low cost...hopefully the powders are worth more than the price!
As an FYI - I just got my ConsumerCrafts shipment confirmation with UPS tracking no! Getting more excited...I always wait anxiously for something in the mail!
