Default Thanks to all of you Ladies

I got my scrap paper organized yesterday! We couldn't go to work because of the ice, so I spent the time organizing all of the scrap paper and card stock.

I took the advice of sorting the paper and putting in big zip lock bags. I even went a step further and organized by women, neutral, men and children's paper.

Thanks everyone!

I also finally got around to putting all my scraps into bags and it is amazing how much more I use them. Seems I hardly ever have to use a new piece of cardstock/paper.....how will I ever make a dent in my supply this way lol?? I organized the plain cardstock into color groups and then the patterned paper into separate bags in color groups.

I am trying to sort pattern papers by color so I can put them with solids but some of the just do not want to be sorted into just one color, ugh. Guess I'll be keeping some of those generic categories you mentioned too.

I had a light bulb moment the other day though. I have a basket full of pre-cut dies all sorted by shape. I tend to cut "a few things" and then decide which I like best for the card I'm making. The collection seems to be growing, kinda like paper scraps used to because I always cut more instead of using something already cut. So now I'm going to sort them by color and put them with my paper scraps.
