Happy Thursday, everybody! Stay safe and warm, those stuck indoors with snow days again.
The Chinese New Year starts tomorrow, and it's the Year of the Horse. So - how about using horses on your cards this week!
I must admit that I only have two horses in my whole stamp collection, and neither of them was remotely what I really wanted for this challenge - one is a sweet fat Penny Black pony and the other is an even older clear Woodware stamp - so I did that which is very rare for me, and bought a digital stamp. Since my brother's family have a pony I'm sure I'll get more use from it ;). However - if a pony is all you have, please feel free to use it. Any horse (and I'll stretch a point and allow seahorses because I love them so much ) is perfect for your WTUI cards this week.
When you've created your horse card and uploaded it, come and post a link and leave a comment here.
Be sure to use the keyword WT464when you're uploading to the gallery, and come back and post a link for us here when you've uploaded your card.
If you're not sure how to link a card to this thread, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
This is a great challenge Sabrina, and I will get on with a card after our Bible study and painting lessons! I've got lots of horse stamps! Several of my friends own horses and lots of them ride.

well, since I LOVE horses, my only problem will be which one to pick from a drawer full!!!
Right now though, I have to finish yesterday's card. See you back here later, gator!

I probably could have gone out to the shed and found a sawhorse, but I decided that this would do. Here's my card for today's challenge which is to use horses.
Late at night as usual, but I finally finished my card for the Way to Use it challenge. My son is a volunteer firefighter & will test in a few weeks to hopefully get in a training program to make it a career/paid position. When I saw the challenge today, I was determined to make him a card using a horse & a fire wagon to encourage him when he goes to test! So, here's my card:
Here is my card for the, WT464, horses challenge. Thanks for the fun challenge, and tfl. It is getting so late, I promise to comment later. Again, tfl.

Thanks for the "horse" challenge, Sabrina. It stirred fond memories of the weekends that I spent horseback riding in Bear Lake, Idaho. A beautiful place and those times during college, were so great!
Thanks for the fun challenge, Sabrina! You know, I couldn't find a single horse in my stable, lol. But I do have a couple of horse pictures on this page of an Altered Book I did.
I needed to make a card with a horse, so this challenge was timely!
I've been stamping, but this is the first card I've put in my gallery since last October.
I needed to stop horsing around and contribute to this wonderful stampin' community.
Thanks for the fun challenge and for peeking at my card.
Horses! What a fun challenge subject, thanks for thinking of it.
I've been coming out of the Christmas/winter card making theme and plugging away at Valentine and Anniversary cards, so a change of theme is most welcome. Doing a horse card will add one more, much needed card to my stash of masculine cards.
I only have a couple of horse stamps and they're both Christmas but it's the Year of the Horse right through Christmas so I guess that's okay! Here's my card:
