Default Wink of Stella pens

For those of you that have these, should I be storing them with the brush tip up? I tried googling for how to store, but let's face it- it is just easier to come to SCS to ask the questions, lol.

Thanks
Shirl

The package does tell how to store, but I threw it away already and could not remember what it said...so thank you for the info.

I store all of my markers on their sides, including the Wink of Stella. I haven't had any problems.

I know that after I unboxed them I had to make space in a carousel for them to be brush tip up. The marker point types did not matter, and I have those horizontal.

LOL, I just retrieved the package from the garbage and here is what they say: "Keep the pen in a vertical position with the cap facing upwards when in store."

Shirl,

I have both the WOS brush markers and the WOS fine point markers and I was storing them both wrong LOL

You've got it re: how to store the brush markers: vertically with the cap at the top.

If you ever get the fine point WOS markers, they must be stored horizontally.

No, no, I don't think it matters how you store the fine point markers. It's only the brush tip one that need to be stored with brush up.

According to the manufacturer of the Wink of Stella fine point markers (as printed on the package that these markers come in), the fine point WOSs should be stored horizontally, not vertically.

Of course you may store your markers however you choose ;)

On one of tim holtz's 2014 cha videos, he gets into a little explanation as to why the Distress markers need to be stored horizontally - it has something to do with the internal ink delivery system of the marker which I found interesting.

Heeheehee re: 'the enabling'......the fine points are just WONDERFUL for coloring in 'tight' spaces

And they're not very costly, either (bwahahahaha) - 6 pks or 12 pks or onesies:
Amazon.com: wink of stella

It's all Jennifer McGuire's fault - I never heard of Wink of Stella until she was smitten and started using them on lots of her videos (secretly - THANKS, Jennifer !!!)
