January ~ Christmas Card Challenge 2014
Here is the thread for the Christmas Card Challenge January 2014!
Please leave us a link once you've uploaded to your gallery and be sure to use CCC14 in the title or in the Keywords!

There is no 'deadline' to completing your Christmas cards for January,
It's never to late to join....
You can join anytime during the year. . If you need to skip a month or two, that is perfectly fine.

January Challenge
I will start us off. As a New Year rolls around, I can't help but feel sad that there is sill so much strife in the world. So I think an appropriate challenge for the New Year is this:
Create a card based on the idea of peace. This can be a dove, a sentiment such as Peace on Earth, an olive branch - anything that reflects one of our main Christmas wishes for the world and for each other.

I'm laughing because I think of this challenge as FOR slackers! I can't say how many months I got close to the end before forcing myself to do cards.
And boy, am I glad I did!
So far, I've pulled out my stamps with doves or "peace" on them, and some DP, and am now looking at the gallery. It's a start!!!

My first set of cards for this year, I saw this card on Kittie947 daily blog and really liked it (hope that's the right gallery name) not sure I�ve kept to my resolution to make them small enough for normal postal charges though!!
