Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for the week ending Sunday, January 11, 2014
Good morning, y'all!
This thread is the wonderful place we all visit each week to see what Clean and Simple loveliness we all missed seeing this past week! Well, maybe that's your reason, anyway!
At any rate, this IS where we all share the CAS cards we put in our favorites this week. EVERYONE is invited to join in, and I hope you all do!

And what does it mean to be Clean and Simple? It's all about the design.
* Uncluttered
* lots of white or open space
* one main focal point

Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps.
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
5. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.
I didn't get a chance to browse the gallery until last night, and I was fairly exhausted at the time so I "stealth favorited" a bunch of cards. I was too tired to come up with comments.

OK�here's the deal. I decided on a few New Year's resolutions. One, to comment more in the Gallery, and two, to add my CAS favorites to the weekly list. I am not sure I did this right, so let me know. I love CAS cards and in the past some of mine have been chosen, so I know how cool it is. These four I thought were especially lovely!

Here are my CAS favorites from the week:
Warm Mittens by Loll Thompson It's the little things that can really make the difference -- The fuzzy snowflake mittens are sweet, but it was the addition of the twine at their cuffs really makes them look like real mittens.
Snowy Winter Birthday by nancy littrell I loved how Nancy's embossed snowflakes looked almost embroidered onto the card. So pretty!
Fun Flakes by lisa lara
So nice to see Lisa back in the gallery! Lisa's colorful style with her snowflake buttons really caught my eye.
All that Glitters by hobbydujour Sallie's silver and white card looks so elegant. Love the combination of shimmer and glitter.
Monochrome CASE by jasonw1 Peggy's delicate blooms and butterfly are perfect for this white on white beauty!
Christmas Cards 2013 by #Francine (new-to-me stamper) I just thought these were the sweetest little cards. Definitely want to play around with CASE-ing them.

I had to check twice when I saw Karen's notification that I was in CAS favourites, I thought it might have been sent to the wrong person.
You have me floating on air Susan aka Susanbri and Priscilla aka Catluvr2. I once said it would be easier to donate a kidney than do a CAS card. Thank you both so very much, and thank you too Karen for the notifications.
