Said seller company is in Montana, which appears to mostly be in the Mountain time zone. I sent my message to them around 3:30 my time/1:30 Mountain time on Friday afternoon.

I didn't receive a reply until 2:30 my time Monday afternoon.
"I am so sorry for your inconvenience. I've sent another to you USPS priority mail [delivery confirmation number]. I hope that it makes it to you on time."

Ferreals. Like I was really going to get it in time for Christmas any more. (eta: If they had sent it out Friday afternoon, it would have had a chance. Maybe even if they'd sent it out Saturday. But Monday? Nope.)

NOT happy.
