I know I'm posting this a day earlier, but wanted everyone to have a bit of extra time with the Thanksgiving holiday this week!

I enjoyed hosting this month's Progressive Challenge. Thanks Wendy for giving me the opportunity.... and thanks to all of you who create such lovely pages for these galleries!

Are you ready for the final tasks?

1. Place a date on the scraps of paper to the left.

2. (Optional) Provide a journal piece on top of the scrap of papers to the left (this can be combined with the date, if necessary)

3. Add ribbon, trim, border piece under your stamped words on the right-hand side of the page.

4. Add a small stamp or embellishment to the right of your title.

That's it.... your page is complete! Looking forward to seeing your final steps. My page will be posted shortly.

- Remember to save your page, so that you be able to make changes and add the next tasks for this month.

- Save your page for the web as a .jpg file (600x600 or less) and upload to the gallery by adding the keyword DGSCPR0018Task4 and SBC13NOV . Please post a link on this thread, so that others and I can see your beautiful creations!

the day of and I am done! here it is.

I didn't journal because what is there to say about a leaf laying on ground when you get out of the car after work?

Your page is so fun and cheerful! Nicely done!! Maybe a little background rectangle just behind your text could bring it out more?

I see where it is a bit hard to read on that beautiful paper! You could always add another layer (white maybe) of paper underneath the journaling.

Here's my finished page! I think I'm going to print it as an 8x8 and make it into a hybrid page--adding a 12x12 mat. This was a blast, Diane--thank you so much for hosting--you did an awesome job!

Try adding a white layer over the dotted layer and changing the opacity of the white layer. It is very effective in making your journaling easier to read.

It's done! I had a blast with your challenges Diane. Now I need to tackle October's Progressive Challenges. LOL...

Hi. I actually did all 4 steps yesterday evening after getting back to our hotel room in CT after spending Thanksgiving with DH's sisters and their families. DH conks out by 8 p.m. usually so I got to spend a lot of time watching TV and scrapping for once with nothing else to do!
